I'm having issues today as well. I can't get the app to sync and it says it hasn't synced since yesterday morning. So, it's showing only about 200 steps for yesterday and zero for today. Also the fitbit itself says I have about 11K steps which is about the right amount for yesterday plus today but it does say the date is 1/1. I definately don't have that many steps today. I've turned my phone on and off and tried syncing again. I did get a response after that that it couldn't sync and a link to help articles that said to close out the app on my phone then disconnect the Fitbit from bluetooth then reconnect it. I've done all that and it's still not working.
Best AnswerI just saw the Charge 5 manual listed on Important Links on the first page for the Charge 5 Forum and looked through it. As it said, I did the restart of the Fitbit from the Settings screen of the device and it's working now. It put 2 days steps on one of the days and zero on the other and is missing a night of sleep but it looks like everything else is working.
