App won’t log food

App won’t log my food suddenly today. It either doesn’t log it at all, or addds the figure but doesn’t name the food, or when I delete the food it goes to a minus figure. I have restarted the app and the phone. Hasn’t worked. I have been able to log from the desktop but this is really inconvenient

Hi, thank you for sharing all this information about what you're experiencing to log your food on the Fitbit app, @LokiV

If you're still not able to log your food through the Fitbit app, please try to: 

  • Log out from the app.
  • Clear Cache for the Fitbit app on your phone's settings (Settings > Apps > Fitbit app > Storage > Clear cache)
  • Restart your phone. 
  • Log back in to check if you're able to see your information. 
  • Try to set up your Charge 5 as a new device in your account if you're still having the same problem.
  • Make sure the Fitbit app and your phone's operating system are updated to the latest version available.
