Has anyone else been having issues recently with random, inaccurate heart rate spikes since the latest update? It has happened 5 times over the past week to me. Every time I am just sitting on my couch and had no idea it spiked until looking at my app later on. The one time I caught it I put on my pulse oximeter and it said my HR was only in the 70s so clearly something is going on with the Fitbit readings.

I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this and it seems they've shared some instructions with you. In this case, they will let you know how to proceed.
