Aura clock face Charge 5

Hi does anyone know where I can download the aura clock face for Fitbit Charge 5 please? I did have it but it’s now disappeared and I can’t seem to find it anywhere

Thanks for sharing all of this information about the issue with your Charge 5.

There were some issues concerning the Aura and Analogous clock faces and it's possible they were temporarily removed. This information has been shared with the team so they can look into it, but we haven't received other updates for the moment. Any new information about this issue will be shared in this thread, and you'll also be able to check what has been useful for other users.

Well, thats a terrible way to close this thread!  'Sorry, its not happening!'

Why do folks want this? For me, because i want to always know my heart rate for health reasons. There is only one face that offers heart rate on the main screen, and its not a great clockface.  I wear a normal wristwatch on my other wrist, I'm personaally not using a Fitbit to know what time it is.

How do we let FitBit know this feedback other than this forum which obvi no one who makes design decision is reading?

Is it possible to let us know why the aura clock face is not available anymore. Cause if it is just removed because it's not centred... Really? All the people that were concerned about that issue are no longer discussing here anymore. They are dissapeared as the clockface is 😉 For me aura clockface was the ONLY one usable in the store! Clean, no fancy decoration stuff or weird writings, no colour changing if I tap it, no super coloured, nothing is cut off ... Just a decent clockface. And the bad thing for me is: there is NO alternative to aura available 🙈 Removing it is ok. But then please give us a clockface similar to that one, repair it or just put it back for us as it was, so we (who really used it without complaining!) can just use it again 😎 Centred or not. I don't care and I think some others don't care either 😉

That’s a good point but everyone’s different and doesn’t want to see the heart rate and I certainly don’t want to wear 2 watches !

I agree! The Aura was the ONLY clock face I liked. The others are awful. Fitbit, please add some clock faces similar to Aura.
