Im getting really frustrated by the strange behavior of my Charge 5 which I will try to explain.
Everyday, I walk to work and at the end of the day I walk home again. Each walk is approx.. 2 miles and I walk fairly briskly so 30 ish minutes each walk.
Up until yesterday each walk I did was recognized fairly accurately by fitbit and I had no complaints.
Yesterday, I thought Im going to up my exercise game a bit and start going for a lunch time walk, so off I set and walked for probably 35 to 40 mins fairly briskly.
When I finished, I checked the app to see how I did and there was absolutely nothing recorded? Strange I thought and then found out there was some sort of outage with fitbit yesterday, and lots of people were having problems.
when I checked the app later in the day, it had recorded a moderate activity for the walk, but no data.
When I walked home in the evening, the walk was recognized normally same as always, but the lunch time walk nothing.
So today I though well there were obviously fitbit issues yesterday, so I will try again and walk at lunch time.
So I got back 30 mins ago, and although it shows my step count up by 3500, the walk has not been recognized, but my morning walk to work was?
Please help....Why is it doing this?
