I have Fitbit premium so that I can track certain data not otherwise available, but it seems as of the last couple of days my data was lost.
It looks like the outage may be over but I still do not have the data I am paying Fitbit to track.
Where is it?
I would like a Fitbit employee to answer since they are the ones getting my money and not community members which seem to be the ones answering most of the questions here.
