@lornawatson Is your heart rate monitor turned on? Did you check the auto-tracking activities in the app to make sure they will recognize after a certain number of minutes?
My personal opinion is that if you want the activity tracked, you should start it from the watch directly to make sure it is counted. Sometimes the auto-tracking is finicky and it doesn't always work, even with all the right settings in place. I would start using the Elliptical and Walk/Treadmill exercises on your Charge 5 to make sure they are counted for you.
