Ever since I switched to the Google version my Fitbit charge 5 will not sync so therefore there are no data update how do I go back

Hi, @Jlbdance, welcome to the community, once you have changed your login to your Google account you can't change back again. It sounds like you have a problem syncing. Check out this article and the links contained in it Why won't my Fitbit device sync? - Fitbit Help Center I apologise if you have already seen this. Remember you can always force a sync by sliding your finger down and releasing your Fitbit app's "Today" screen on the phone.

After * agreed to Fitbit prime my phone would sync, 

Now my time won't update🤦‍:female_sign:

Hi @Jlbdance, if the time is not updating at all this is the typical symptom of a failure to sync. Remember you can always force a sync by sliding your finger down and releasing your Fitbit app's "Today" screen on the phone.
