I bought a Charge 5 after doing FitBit updates. My charge 2-3 didn’t work afterwards.
After talking to support I am disappointed that my Charge 2-3 won’t work with Charge 5. I would like to use my older models for yard work, and as backups.

@Gsfit4   You can keep your Charge 2 on your account for the dirty jobs along with your Charge 5.  Fitbit created a device limitation when it created the Gallery.  You can only have one Gallery enabled device on your account at a time.  Unfortunately you can’t have your 3 and 5 on at the same time.  You can save the 3 as a backup.  But you will need to replace the 5 with the 3 to use it.
