It is not working

I got a fitbit charge 5 3-4 months ago. Yesterday I noticed the battery had gone down too quick. Today is not responding. I connected it to the charger, the screen is off. Not vibration, no synchronisation, no nothing. I tried restarting it and it does not work. Should I just returned through the guarantee as it is not working?

Same here.  Got it in April.  Same results or lack thereof on restart as you.

Hi,

I contacted customer support and they are sending me a new fitbit as the guarantee covers this issue.

May I ask how long it took

for them to resolve once you had your initial contact!

I chatted with them via chat and I got it sort during that conversation.
The new fitbit was ordered and I got I the week after. I hope this helps
you.
