The band would not come off when trying to squeeze the clasp to get it to come off. Worked fine on the other side but this side was stuck. Ended up tearing it off and now the part that was supposed to come out is stuck inside so I cant even put a new band on. I tried soaking in hot water to see if that would loosen it but that didnt work nor did trying to scrape underneath the clasp to get it back to working order. What am I supposed to do?? Out of warranty .
