Lost my Charge 5 and only possible explanation is band released allowing it to slip unnoticed from my wrist. Have worn Fitbits for over five years and never had this happen. The lock on the Fitbit to band has been questioned in other forums which adds to my suspensions about this issue. Like Fitbit and want to continue using this product but can’t afford to lose $$ because of a design problem.
