Band locks on the fitbit are weak, and everytime I brush up against something that slightly tugs on the band, it unlocks and the whole fitbit falls to the ground. They told me to buy a new fitbit. Seriously!?
Only had my fitbit a couple of months and the locks on the band are so weak, if I accidentally brush my arm against something and it slightly hitches, the fitbit unlocks and it falls to the ground. They need more sturdy locks on the band!
