Battery and update Charge 5

Yesterday I tried to update the app it said please taking longer than usual,  battery was at about 80% this morning the battery is at 2% and it will update but I have no data sleep or steps anything at all. What is going on?

Thank you for sharing that you've been experiencing this inconvenience with your Charge 5. 

If you're still having trouble with the app not showing you the correct information, please try the following steps: 

  • Log out from the app.
  • Clear Cache for the Fitbit app on your phone's settings (Settings > Apps > Fitbit app > Storage > Clear cache)
  • Restart your phone. 
  • Log back in to check if you're able to see the correct information.
  • Try setting up your Charge 5 as a new device in your account if you're still having the same problem. 

Regarding the problem you mentioned with the battery, could you please provide a few more details? Let me know if the battery is draining too fast or if you were referring to the battery level shown on the Fitbit app.
