My Charge 5 is charging fine but the battery is flat within 4 hours.

A lot of us have had issues with our Charge 5 suddenly draining quickly ever since a recent update. Some kind of bug happened that it went from a charge lasting 5-7 days to now barely going 24 hours before dying. It was a sudden problem, so it is something with the system, but FitBit engineers don’t G.A.F. about fixing it because they want us just buy a new one. All they say is read the “extend the life of your battery” article, which has nothing to do to why it SUDDENLY stopped holding a charge and not slowly getting worst over time and use.

y’all need to give an explanation besides telling people to read those battery extension tips! The battery SUDDENLY draining so fast AFTER a recent system update. That should tell you that there is a bug that needs fixing ASAP
