Battery drain Charge 5

So any updates from anyone about a fix. I have had this Charge 5 about 6 weeks and last week it started the battery drain issue. Really disappointed in the issue .

Hi, thank you for all the information that you've provided about this problem with your Charge 5, @Dogsandcats

 

Before considering other options, please make sure that you've tried the following steps: 

 

  1. Please make sure that you've exhausted all troubleshooting options listed here and check the list of features that require more frequent charging: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?
  2. Please restart the device with a 3-press restart.
  3. If you're using built-in GPS, I recommend that you try phone (connected) GPS instead.
  4. Make sure that you manually sync your device as well afterwards.
