Battery draining

Hi,

I've got my C5 for almost a month now and despite the GPS is set to use phone only and the screen is not always on, it holds charge for at most a day or day and a half.

it must be something to do with movement as I was working from home the whole last week and i charged it only once on Monday and by Sunday it still had 14% charge left on it.

If it's not going to hold charge for more than a day literally no point having it. 

can you please help me.

Same problem here, but mine drains from a full charge to 0% in 3 hours. This just started yesterday, I reset the watch. Charged it up again and same problem.

I just posted this in another thread.  Just in case you didn’t see it:

 

Have you tried restarting it?  Connect it to the charger and then press the button at the USB end 3 times (experiment with spacing between pushes).

When I restart it using the charger, it actually makes the charge go down.... I wonder if the problem isn't necessarily the battery, but the device not reading the charge correctly. 🤔
