Battery empty in 30 min?

My fully charged Fitbit 5 is empty after 30 min? 

I can’t figure out why this is 

 

can somebody help me

Recharge and should be fine.  Installed new firmware most likely which uses much battery initially.

Sad to hear that your Charge 5 isn't working as expected. Please try restarting your device following these instructions:

 

1.) Connect your Charge 5 to the charging cable which has to be connected to a power source.

2.) Press the button located on the flat end of the charging cable 3 times within 8 seconds, holding each press for about 1 second.

3.) Wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.

4.) Charge your device to 100 percent.
