I was a loyal Fitbit user. I've been using Fitbit devices for probably 10+ yrs. Scales, watches, trackers I've had them all and have enjoyed them until now. I purchased 2 Charge 5 trackers in Feb 2022. One of them has a very POOR battery life. The battery lasts less than 24hrs when YOU advertise upto 7days battery life. I am so disgusted with you ALL. I have chatted with 2 reps asking me to charge the battery and let it go to zero percent. I have done that 2-3 times already and now the "supervisor" Daniel says I must do it again. I AM DONE WITH FITBIT!!! DONE!!! I don't expect this post to matter to FITBIT / GOOGLE or any of its EMPLOYEES. This is for anyone that thinks FITBIT careS about their consumer. BUYER BE WARE!!!

Sorry you are going thru this, @cobygrey - but may I suggest two things, in case Support did not?
Hopes this helps. I’m also a long time Fitbit user (10+ years). I’m very happy with my Charge 5.
P. S. If you try my tips and they do not help, please let me know.

I had same problem. Charge 5 was losing battery power within 2 days with gps etc switched off. Also Bluetooth kept disconnecting which was annoying. I deleted the app and reinstated it. This seems to have resolved both problems. My battery has lasted 4 days so far and no disconnection from Bluetooth. Hopefully it will continue.

Thanks for jumping in with what worked for you, @Downdie!
