Battery not charging Charge 5

This charge 5 is 2 months old and today does not charge battery even overnight. Very disappointed since I love using the bike ride and weights.

Returning product and trying another new one

Thank you for the information provided regarding the Charge 5 that is not charging and for your feedback.

If this is related to the battery, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? 

If the device is charging, but the screen is completely black, make sure that you've also completed the restart procedure using the charging cable, as described here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

I understand if you prefer to return the product as well, in order to do that you can get in touch with the retailer where you purchased the device from or you can get in touch with the Customer Support team here
