Charge 5 blank screen

About an 1 hour ago I did the new update. Since then my Fitbit has not worked!! Black screen not syncing. I’ve transferred to google account, pressed button 3 times - nothing, then did it for 15 seconds, still not working. It’s like the watch has just died !!!! Please can you advise me what to do. My watch is 18 months old
