Billing issue for over a year

I’ve been charged for a Fitbit account for over a year now with no way to cancel it. It doesn’t show on my apple account and Apple can’t help. I can’t login to Fitbit. I have tried to contact. I have tried to dispute the charge. I am going around in circles.

Let me help you cancel your Fitbit premium subscription.

If you purchased a Fitbit Premium subscription, but don’t have access to it, restore your subscription purchase:

  1. From the You tab in the Fitbit app, tap Get Fitbit Premium

  2. At the bottom of the page, tap Restore Purchase. Follow the on-screen instructions to restore your subscription.

If you don't see the subscription in question, it may be possbile that you have used another email address when you pourchased your subscription. Can you recall an email address you have used to log into your fitbit account in the past ? If you do, don't share it, just try to access to your app via this one.

It's for a FitBit subsription. It has my details, my email addressb but when I log in it doesn't show. I have no way of canceling it.

This didn't work. I have signed up using my current email address. But it doesn't show on my account.

Subscriptions are managed in the Play Store.

If you have an Android, open the Play Store, tap on your profile picture at the top right.  Select Payments & Subscriptions, then Subscriptions.  The Fitbit Premium subscription should be there.  Select that and you can unsubscribe.

Not sure of the steps if you have an iPhone, but it should be similar.

The charge you are receiving in your bank statement, does it specify a Premium subscription. Can you provide the description of this charge?

In addition. do you have access to the benefits of a premium membership from your current Fitbit account?

I don’t have a FitBit or the app anymore, but last I checked it asked me to
subscribe. As I said I’ve been trying for over a year. It looks like I’m
somehow 2 different accounts, but am only able to access one, and entering
any of my info just brings me to that one.
