How come when I click on dashboard on my app when using a laptop it's just blank? A very recent thing.

Several other users recently reported seeing a blank dashboard on the Fitbit.com website. So far, they reported that the issue seems to be resolved when they clear the cache & cookies as @ManuFitbit recommended.
You can also see if using a different browser works. I use Firefox and am able to see my dashboard with my data.

Best AnswerI used Chrome until that went black. Following others posts on this forum I used Edge but that has now gone black too. These work arounds never used to be necessary. What has Fitbit changed to make them necessary now?

If you cleared the cache and that didn't bring back your Fitbit.com dashboard, have you had a chance to try a different browser?
The Fitbit team is aware of the issue with the dashboard and have submitted it for escalation. Hopefully, it won't take too long to fit the problem.
