Got it wet briefly waited twelve hours on charger, won’t start feel vibration when doing push button on charger 3 times 1 second apart

I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this and it seems they've send you some instructions. In this case, they will let you know how to proceed.
