Charge 5 Heart Rate Monitor showing 20bpm less than normal while running

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

The same 5KM run I've done 100 times in the last 6 months is now reporting 20-bpm less than normal the last 2 weeks. Typically my slow jog (120bpm) accelerates into a run (140-150bpm), but the Charge 5 is reporting 101bpm (slow jog) -125bpm (fast run).

I typically use the same wristband hole setting (but now I've tried to experiment to see if the BPM would improve) and tried rinsing the Charge 5 with water.
Any tips to get the heart rate accuracy back?
