After posting 8 hours ago that my 7-month old Charge 5 has an unresponsive screen, now the display has totally blankes out. Not even the clock face appears.
I suspect that it is is due to the system update. Also, since Google came in, my Fitbit has had all sorts of glitches.
Because the swipe function hasn't been working at all, I have changed my clock face, have tried resetting from the charger but nothing has worked.
Now I'm trying to contact the Help desk thru the app, but the link doesn't work.
I've neen a loyal Fitbit user fir years an so I'm disappointed and heartbroken. Someone please get my Fitbit to work as it once used to!! I miss my dependable Fitbit..!!!

I was having the same issue. I removed the watch from the app, deleted the connection from my Bluetooth to my watch, turned off my Bluetooth, and then I deleted the Fitbit app from my phone. After that I reinstalled everything and my watch is now working again like new.
