Unresponsive screen

For the past week, my Charge 5 screen is unresponsive. Cannot swipe at all!

Have changed my clock face, have tried resetting from the charger.  Nothing has worked.

This Fitbit is not even a year old. Got a  new one January this year and it's already troublesome.

I'm disappointed and heartbroken. Someone please fix it!

So sorry to see your Charge 5 is not working. 

Since you've already tried the recommended troubleshooting steps and it's still under warranty, you should contact Fitbit support. When my 6 month old Charge 5 became unresponsive, I contacted Fitbit support. They walked me through the same troubleshooting steps that I had already done. Once they confirmed that none of the troubleshooting returned my device back to working normally, it was still under warranty, and that I had bought mine from an authorized seller, they sent me an offer to replace the tracker/pebble or a discount on a different device. I chose the replacement. So far, my replacement is working fine. Hopefully, you will have a similar positive experience.
