Blank screen after resets Charge 5

I’ve got a blank screen on my Charge 5 , tried the 3 button reset ont eh charger but it still shows nothing, it’s also fully charged, what now ?”

Hi, thank you for sharing all these details about the inconvenience you've been having with your Charge 5 and for confirming that you already tried the 3 pulse restart, @Womble73.  

I've proceeded to send your information to the Customer Support team for further assistance with this, but I've been informed that you already got in touch with them and it seems they've provided you with some instructions. In this case, they will let you know how to proceed.
