My screen is totally  blank. It has 45% charge and is synced to my phone. Have uninstalled and reinstalled  app and pressed nitton on charger  lead 3 times. What next??

Did you observe anything when you reset the Charge 5 with the power cable? It's pretty fussy about those three button presses:

Yep, could feel the response and button on back green for seconds but

Hi - thanks  Have tried but not doing live chats, tried phone number on helpline and seems to be wrong one  How else can I get customer support?? Seems to be,a,total shut down... soooo frustrating!!
