My Fitbit stopped tracking.. it will record my workout if I start it, but 0 steps, 0 heart rate, 0 mikes etc. it’s also burning through a full battery charge in a day. Fitbit 5 charge.. approx 5-6 months old. I’ve been a Fitbit girl since the beginning!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community forums, @HollyPrice.
Thank for all the information provided about this issue with your Charge 5.
If you're still having this problem with your device that is not tracking your data, please make sure that you've followed the steps listed here below to complete a three pulse restart:
Regarding the battery that is draining too fast, I also recommend that you follow the steps provided in this article. The battery can last up to 7 days; because battery life is affected by use and other settings, actual results may vary, but the battery shouldn't be draining only after one or two days. Keep in mind that some features like GPS tracking, SpO2 or Always On Display will make the battery drain a lot fasten than usual.
Hope this helps, I'll be around.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community forums, @JohnMcShea.
Thank you for confirming that you've been experiencing the same inconvenience with your Charge 5.
Could you please provide a few more details? Let me know if you mean that your device is tracking your data but you're no longer able to see in on the Fitbit app after the update you mentioned. Have you been experiencing issues to sync your Fitbit device or is the device not tracking your activity at all?
I'll be around.
