Blank watch face, fully charged, will not sync Charge 5

  • Yet again, my Charge 5 has stopped working. Will not turn on, is fully charged, will not sync, it has a red symbol after trying to sync.
  • This is a rip off watch. 2nd ttime it has happened.

Thank you for sharing that you've having this inconvenience with your Charge 5. I'm sorry to see that your device has stopped working again. 

Could you please provide some extra details about this read symbol? Let me know if you see a read X or something else. If the screen is not responding at all, please make sure that you've tried these steps that have been useful for other users:  

  1. Complete the 3 pulse restart procedure using the charging cable. 
  2. If it's still unresponsive, please try changing the clock face as well and check if you're able to see anything on the display.
