My Charge 5 has developed a completely white screen. I charged it, tried to reset it, but nothing at all on the screen. Its vibrating and syncing with my phone but honestly its useless as it is. This is my third device with Fitbit and I am not impressed. This seems to be a manufacturering error......frustrating and seriously thinking of changing to another tracker. Hardest part is that I cannot get a hold of support on the phone or online.....
