Hello @JPVallier and welcome to the Community.  Fitbit only offers glucose tracking in the app.  Unfortunately, it isn't available on any watch screen.  If you live in the US, you can connect a OneTouch meter to the Fitbit app.  Measurements will get uploaded to your app.  Fitbit doesn't offer any CGM integration.  Sorry.
