Recently, my Charge 5 started to drain pretty fast, and the battery does not report correctly. I went from about 50% to 31% in 7 hours with normal use (No gps, screen wake manual). When I plugged it to charge, it jumped from 31% to 52% instantly. Sometimes, it did not charge to 100%, but around 70% and when I restarted it, it jumped to 100%. This is my third Charge 5 from December, 2021. I bought my first Charge 5 in December, 2021. However, after about 6 months, it did not charge and the screen did not on even though it vibrated when restarting using charging cable. Since I was still in the warranty period, I got a replacement. But the same issue happened again after about 10 months of using. Therefore, I bought the third one. Now the warranty is over, and it has problems.
Does any body have the same issue?
