Bought Charge 5 almost a year ago. Unfortunately, Bluetooth did not work, turned off and on all the time. Pick up a new one in the store, but the same problem. Bought a new one on Amazon last Friday. Same problem 😡. How can Fitbit not solve this in such a long time? I live in Lund in Sweden. Bluetooth was invented in Lund. I talked to a technician about Fitbit's problems. He claims that it was about the unit transmitting too weak signal, so the receiver unit thinks it is too far away and disconnects. Then it reconnects, etc .... That's why Charge 5 works on some phones and others do not, because some phones are not as sensitive./Peter

Hi, thank you for sharing all your feedback and experience with the Charge 5, @cadillacseville.
I'm sorry to see that you're still having this issue with the Bluetooth connection.
Just to confirm, the problem you're experiencing is that the Bluetooth keeps disconnecting from the device, correct? This is a problem that other users have been experiencing when trying to sync using an iOS device.
There are some general recommendations and troubleshooting steps listed here that other users experiencing something similar have found useful. In addition, please make sure the firmware and the Fitbit app are updated to the latest version available.
Keep in mind that for the specific problem related to the Bluetooth getting disconnected constantly, the team of developers is already aware of this and they continue to work to find a solution as soon as possible, but we haven't received other updates for the moment. However, if you already tried all the steps mentioned earlier and you continue to have the same problem, you can also get in touch with the Customer Support team for further assistance with this.
I appreciate all the information you've provided about this issue. The team continues to work to improve the Fitbit experience and your feedback is an important part of that process.

Have you fixed the Bluetooth issue in the latest update? I have done EVERYTHING to get Bluetooth to work, but it won't. It's my third Charge 5 and all have the same problem with Bluetooth. Should I send this back as well, or should I trust you guys to fix the problem?
I did talk to Swedish Fitbit, they wasnt able to solve the problem. /Peter
