For years I’ve been doing the same workout activity every day or so for 3 reps a day, 8 minutes each. My average bpm is always 125 to 135 for each rep. Recently I had a rep with only 84 bpm, and noticed I had accidentally chosen “treadmill” as the shortcut rather than “workout”. Shouldn’t the bpm for a given activity be the same, regardless of the shortcut?
