Traded my Versa 3 for Charge 5 that I just got for Mother's day but the SpO2 screen shows nothing. I uninstalled the app and then installed it again and it worked for about a day and then nothing again. Now I want to go back to my Versa but I love everything else about my Charge 5. I have restarted, checked version, etc. What is going on?

If you still don't receive your SpO2 information, please follow the steps listed here below:
Hope this helps, I'll be around.
