I bought a Charge 5 yesterday, I have charged the battery for 2 hours.
During the charging process the display did not wake up in order to see the charging percentage progress.
I reset the device by pressing three time the end of the USB cable, I was able to sense a vibrant response and I saw the Fitbit logo just for 1 second, after that, the device does not wake up at all.
I'm located in Mexico City, the Fitbit page redirects me to the Mexico page where the live chat is not available. The phone number for support does not work here (911 98 54 95). The two options for getting help in Mexico don't work, hard to believe but that's a true thing.
I need a live session in order to know if the device will not work and then I need to get a replacement.
