Every single time it tells me can't read heart rate or it's too low. But then shows my regular heart rate reading no problem.
ECG is failing 100% of the time for me.

I've adjusted location, tightness, etc.

Hi, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums, @DwgpndSurf.
Thank for all the information that you've shared regarding the inconvenience you've been having with your Charge 5.
Before considering other options, I would recommend performing a restart and to follow all the instructions in this article to improve the accuracy of heart rate information, this has been useful to other users who have experienced something similar.
Regarding the problem you mentioned with the ECG, could you please provide a few extra details? This feature was just introduced with the last firmware update, but keep in mind that you will need to have at least 4 days and 4 nights of data in order to see any information displayed about ECG on the Fitbit app.
I'll be around.

For me, it took a while to get the test starting for the first time of use. It would blink the 30 seconds display several times before starting the countdown. On the second trial that was not an issue.
