Breathing rate data has not shown on my Charge 5 for some time. I have reinstalled the app and restarted the Charge 5 but this has not helped. How can I fix this?

Hi, thank you for sharing this information about the problem that you've been experiencing with your Breathing rate and that you already tried the restart on the Charge 5, @Skodadet

Before considering other options, please verify that your Fitbit has logged a sleep session for at least three hours long on consecutive nights. If you're still having trouble, make sure to complete a 3 pulse restart procedure again using the charging cable, instead of the restart option available on the device's settings.

Keep in mind that only sleep periods greater than 3 hours are considered and that you need to wear your device for at least a full day, including to sleep at night. In case the problem is related to the app, please follow the steps listed here below as well:

  • Log out from the app.
  • Clear Cache and Cookies for the Fitbit app on your phone's settings.
  • Restart your phone.
  • Log back in to check if you're able to see your data.

Hope this helps, I'll be around.
