Does anyone else think the battery issues or totally bricked fitbit should be addressed without just saying it is being looked into? Or that they are certain it wasn't an update that caused it? I am moving on but still feel that being just over a year should be able to get a free replacement. No way that 100s if not 1000s of users all of a sudden experience the same exact issue otherwise...
