Bug with "Add Card"

This has to be a bug.  The "Add Card" notification keeps popping up every 15 minutes.  If I ignore it, meaning I don't click the "Got It" button, it pops up every 5 minutes or whenever I view my watch.  

This is insanity.  Give us the ability to disable this feature or remove it from our devices.
