I can't get the bars on the side of the Charge 5 to do anything.
Swipe Up/Down = No result.
Tap Left/Right/Both = No result.
Squeeze Both = No result.
Double Tap Left/Right/Both = No result.
Long Press Left/Right/Both = No result.
I would expect something like:
Right Tap = Forward swipe.
Left Tap = Back swipe.
Both Tap = Display On
Both Long Press = Go to home screen.
Is there a way to customize the contacts to make them useful?
This all seems too obvious, what am I missing?

That's too bad. A waste of good hardware.
I don't see much use for the EDA app. It would be nice if other apps could use the hardware too.
For example: The Notifications app could use the slider to scroll message text. This would enable continuous scrolling and reading without having to cover the display and message text with a finger.
