BEEN SITTING ON MY RECLINER FOR THE LAST HALF HOUR WATCHING TV AND PLAYING GAMES ON PC - ALL THE SUDDEN MY WATCH GOES OFF "KEEP IT UP YOU ARE EARNING ZONE MINUTES"????? HUH???

@bcsurvivor Well. either your fitbit is lying, or your heart rate jumped suddenly. Either is a possibility. If you see this again, I would manually measure your pulse.
