As noted by the banner at the top of the Fitbit forums, there is a 2nd day of widespread outage on Fitbit's side. That's why you're not able to sync your sleep data.

I was able to update my sleep data by manually adding a sleep log, entering the start & stop times.

FYI - I found an easy way to tell if the sync issue is a widespread Fitbit server outage or my device. I tap on the Premium icon in the Fitbit app. If I get an error message saying that Fitbit.com is not available, then I know it's a Fitbit server outage and don't waste my time with any of the troubleshooting procedures.

@SriHarsha and @RiekoC you can also check Down Detector. If they are getting hundreds or thousands of reports about Fitbit, it suggests that it's not something that we users can fix.

I don't see any banner about an outage at the top of the forum. My device has not been working since Monday. It displays calories and no steps. It no longer tracks sleep. Manually entering your sleep log isn't logical for someone that has sleep apnea. I'm perplexed as to why this issue hasn't been resolved. I check with the people (twice) in "Chat" and they tell me the issue is resolved. Clearly it's not. I'm very disappointed with Fitbit and won't purchase their products again.

Having save problem since Monday. Not tracking anything correctly. Or at all.

Over the last several weeks my sleep data on  1 or more days a week cuts off at 2-4 or 5 hours. Now it hasn’t recorded the full night for 2 days in a row. I had consistent readings for months up until then and one of the features I really want since I am doing a trial without my CPAP machine since for all the inconvenience it wasn’t changing my AHI very much. I am also no longer getting notifications (which is actually ok). Can the Fitbit crew fix the sleep data?? If not I’m going to have to finally cave to an Apple Watch-uggg.
