@SunsetRunner   I'm sorry, but Fitbit has only allowed developers to make clock faces and apps for it smartwatches, not its trackers.

Whats the reasoning for this ?

Cant customise a device is paid £170 for ?   seriously considering a refund if they wont add this.

Due to lack of information on if this feature is going to be avaliable, by support and this forum, (all other info seems to be that it never will be for charge devices), I have decided to send my device back for a refund and get something more featured by a different company.

I firmly believe that if i pay for a device then that device is mine to do with as i wish. Having the lack of fitbit studio, a developer mode and even missing features like the ECG at launch is a deal breaker.

@SunsetRunner - These are community forums where Fitbit users try to help other users. We are not in a position to speak for Fitbit and actually have no knowledge of why or how Fitbit make its decisions. All we can say is what is possible and what is not … and if something is something is possible, we try to describe how to do it. @LZeeW did exactly that. We’re sorry this does not give you the answer you want. But it is the only answer we have here. You could try contacting Fitbit Support
