1st time Fitbit owner/user and learning by the day. I'd love to know if I can set the K's I'd like to walk/run rather than keep checking as I go? I hate having to keep checking when I head out for a walk/run. New to all this so looking to see how I can maximise what and when I'm out there.

Hello! Yes there is a way.
Set your exercise, for example Run. When you press Start, you can scroll up from the bottom and choose Goal, under that you can select Zone Minutes, Time or Distance. I guess you set that and then press Set a Goal to confirm, and then Go.
