Today my rephno app didn't sync with my fitbit app. I used both for almost a year and never had problems. I disconnected rephno in the fitbit app to reconnect it afterwards, but now I can't find it in the list of 3rd party apps. I bought the scales because if the fitbit connection. I hope it's still possible to sync both.

Thanks for letting me know about this situation with the syncing of your Rephno app with Fitbit app using your Charge 5.
I was able to confirm you contacted support via chat and they were able to provide you with a solution, if you have any other questions or concerns, my best recommendation would be to contact them.

I found a solution on my own after doing some more research. I contacted the chat before I wrote here, but they weren't helpful at all. Just told me to contact the Rephno service...
