Can moderators put a sticky for syncing issues?

Dear moderators, you will have noticed many customers (including myself) having issues with syncing since the recent update(s).

Could you perhaps put a sticky on top of the board, this will save people having to post new questions and / or be able to keep updated with when the next release will be available which will hopefully fix this issue?

Everyone has tried the normal steps (reinstall app, reboot etc) and none of these work as the software doesn't work.

PS yes I have tried 4.28.2 and this doesn't work either

Thanks for sharing these details and taking the time to troubleshoot your Charge 5. I understand your point of view and because the issue is more related to the Fitbit app, we do have a banner in the Android board.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused and appreciate your feedback. Please know our team is already working on this and we'll keep you posted once the fix is available.
