Can no longer change activity type

Before it was merged to google I used to alter the activity type recorded. I understand this function is no longer available so it is a bit annoying for me. The reason is I play badminton and that is not an option for the shortcut on the watch. What I used to do is select tennis, then later change it to badminton. Is this functionality going to be restored in future ? or alternatively enable badminton to be a shortcut!

The Fitbit team is aware of the bug. As far as we know, they are working on it and we keep hoping that this issue will be completely fixed in an app update.

So many of us are missing the ability to edit the name of a completed activity.
